Leverage WhatsApp’s ubiquitous adoption and ease of use to provide an interface between field technicians and business admins. Field techs can select a specific account and quickly share text, images, video and voice memos. Integrated with the core business CRM, all project details are maintained as a single source of truth and shared by the entire team. Admins can further organize shared data by moving data from the account level down to specific projects or service tickets.
