Voice IVR system, or a voice interface, for callers to engage with an existing data platform
Data platforms can interact with humans in human-like ways. Voice and text can even be analyzed to understand emotion and semantic intent. Inputs provided by the caller or texter is validated against the data platform, and outputs are effected accordingly. This is used to streamline sales processes, collect & analyze sentiment and manage business engagement with customers.
